Provided full electrical services for the Riverpath Landing development in Saint George, UT. Work included new service entrance and metering, underground feeders, main distribution panels, and branch circuit installation for residential/commercial units and common-area spaces. Supplied power for interior lighting and controls, exterior site and pathway lighting, and parking-area lighting. Installed dedicated circuits for HVAC systems, building support systems, and convenience outlets. Completed grounding, bonding, utility coordination, and full system testing and commissioning to ensure safe and code-compliant operation.
