Tech Ridge Access Road

Provided complete electrical infrastructure for the new Tech Ridge project in St. George, UT, including service entrance and metering, underground feeders, and main distribution equipment. Installed branch circuitry for office, retail, and common-area spaces, along with lighting, controls, and emergency/egress lighting throughout the building. Scope also included dedicated circuits for HVAC systems, tech rooms/IT equipment, exterior site and parking-lot lighting, and power for signage. Completed grounding, bonding, utility coordination, and full system testing and commissioning to meet code and campus standards.
